Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services, products, and platforms operated by BLOHO, including its operational divisions BLOHO NORTH and BLOHO LABS.

By accessing, browsing, or using any services provided by BLOHO, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the services immediately.

2. Organizational Structure

BLOHO operates through specialized divisions:

  • BLOHO NORTH – responsible for website design, development, digital infrastructure, and related technological services.
  • BLOHO LABS – responsible for research publication, academic work, experimental projects, and intellectual contributions.

Each division may operate its own services while remaining governed under these unified Terms.

3. Eligibility

To use BLOHO services, users must:

  • Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law.
  • Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
  • Provide accurate information when required.

BLOHO reserves the right to restrict access if these conditions are not satisfied.

4. Services Provided

4.1 BLOHO NORTH

BLOHO NORTH provides services including but not limited to:

  • Website development
  • Digital platform development
  • Software and technical infrastructure
  • UI/UX design and optimization
  • Maintenance and technical consulting

Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined separately through project agreements.

4.2 BLOHO LABS

BLOHO LABS provides services including but not limited to:

  • Research publication platforms
  • Academic and scientific journal hosting
  • Student and independent research dissemination
  • Experimental technological projects

Research published through BLOHO LABS remains the responsibility of the respective authors.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 BLOHO Property

All content produced by BLOHO, including but not limited to branding, logos, software, design frameworks, documentation, and infrastructure remains the exclusive intellectual property of BLOHO, unless otherwise stated in written agreements.

5.2 User and Author Content

Authors and contributors retain ownership of their original research and submissions.

However, by submitting content to BLOHO LABS, the contributor grants BLOHO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, distribute, display, archive, and promote the submitted work on BLOHO platforms.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use BLOHO platforms for unlawful purposes
  • Distribute malicious software or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Publish fraudulent or plagiarized research

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

7. Research Integrity (BLOHO LABS)

Authors submitting research must ensure that:

  • Work is original
  • Sources are properly cited
  • Data is accurate and not fabricated
  • The work complies with academic integrity standards

BLOHO reserves the right to remove or retract content that violates these standards.

8. Payments and Commercial Agreements

For services provided by BLOHO NORTH, payment terms, project milestones, and service fees will be defined through separate contractual agreements.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Delay in deliverables
  • Termination of the agreement

9. Limitation of Liability

BLOHO shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or research materials
  • Misuse of published research by third parties
  • External service interruptions beyond BLOHO's control

Services are provided "as is" without warranties, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. External Links and Third-Party Services

BLOHO platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services.

BLOHO is not responsible for external content, third-party policies, or the security or reliability of external platforms.

11. Modifications to Terms

BLOHO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on official BLOHO platforms, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

BLOHO reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected
  • Legal compliance requires action

Termination may occur without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BLOHO operates, unless otherwise specified by contractual agreement.
